As a UI Designer, you will use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to design pixel-perfect, responsive web and mobile interfaces, build scalable design systems, create interactive prototypes, and deliver clean, developer-ready assets through an iterative, collaborative process.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI design in Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
Create polished visual assets in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Create optimized animations / GIFs using After Effects, Photoshop, and other tools.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to ensure design consistency and usability
Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HCI or any graphic design-related field
2+ years of hands-on UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing Figma mastery
Expert proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
